LRP CLUB 會員計劃(「計劃」)

重點條款

  • 該計劃由歐萊雅香港有限公司以 LA ROCHE-POSAY 香港(「LA ROCHE-POSAY」) 的商號名義經營。
  • 該計劃僅在香港特別行政區及澳門特別行政區境內的萬寧及屈臣氏門市有效 (「LRP CLUB 零售店」)。計劃並不適用於其他銷售點購買的 LA ROCHE-POSAY 產品。
  • LA ROCHE-POSAY 在該計劃下的權利及義務可由 LA ROCHE-POSAY 隨時分配或轉讓給任何相關或不相關的單位, 此後履行之責任由該單位所有。
  • LA ROCHE-POSAY 保留隨時更改, 限制, 修改或取消這些條款及細則的全部或部分權利, 即使更改可能會影響已積累的會員禮遇。LA ROCHE-POSAY 將嘗試通過LA ROCHE-POSAY 香港官方網站(https://www.laroche-posay.hk/)發布任何更改以通知本計劃的會員(「會員」)。會員將受到任何更改的約束。如有任何爭議, LAROCHE-POSAY 作出的決定應為最終及不可推翻。
  • 通過參與本計劃, 會員被視為受本條款及細則的約束, 並已接受本條款及細則。

 

會員會籍

  • 顧客必須提供真實姓名、有效的聯絡電話完成登記方能成為 LA ROCHE-POSAY 會員及獲取會員禮遇。
  • 會籍有效期至當年度 12 月 31 日。
  • 會員會籍、會員積分及禮遇不能轉讓他人使用, 並只能由該會員根據計劃描述之目的使用。

 

會員禮遇

  • 會籍有效期間, 會員可于其生日月份的第一天(除了一月份及二月份生日會員可于三月一日)登入會員網站獲取生日禮遇。生日禮遇可于有關的 LRP CLUB 零售店使用, 並受其條款及細則約束。
  • 如客人於生日當月登記成為新會員, 同日登入會員網站即可獲取生日禮遇。
  • 如遺失禮品換領劵/優惠券將不獲補發。
  • 如會員退回使用現金劵購買的產品, 已使用的優惠券將不會獲補發。
  • 任何禮遇兌換可能受限於兌換時所適用的任何附加條款及細則。
  • 每張優惠券只可於門市兌換一次。影印本恕不接受。
  • 優惠券可用於已選擇之購物渠道, 產品價格及貨存以於有關門市使用現金優惠券時為準。
  • 所有換領禮品只限 LA ROCHE-POSAY 會員本人使用及親臨換領。
  • LA ROCHE-POSAY 保留修改任何禮遇, 包括優惠券及其價值的權利, 而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議, LA ROCHE-POSAY 保留最終決定權及不可推翻。
  • 所有換領禮品及優惠券不可兌換現金及不可退換。
  • 禮品圖片只供參考。 LA ROCHE-POSAY 保留更改禮品包裝, 或以價值相約的產品取代已換罄之禮品的權利, 而不會對會員作另行通知。
  • 所有禮品先到先得, 送完即止。

 

一般條款

  • 本條款及細則受香港法律管轄, 香港法院對與本程序有關的任何訴訟具有專屬管轄權。
  • 本條款及細則具有中文版本。如有差異, 以英文版為準。

Terms and Conditions

LRP CLUB Membership Program ("Program")


IMPORTANT TERMS
  • The Program is operated by L’Oreal Hong Kong Limited trading in the name of LA ROCHE-POSAY Hong Kong (“LA ROCHE-POSAY”).
  • The Program is valid in Mannings offline stores and Watsons offline stores in HongKong SAR and Macau SAR only (“LRP Club Retail Stores”). The Program does not include LA ROCHE-POSAY products purchased at other points of sale.
  • The rights and obligations of LA ROCHE-POSAY under the Program may be assigned or transferred by LA ROCHE-POSAY to any other related or unrelated entity at anytime, and performance thereafter shall be the responsibility of that entity.
  • LA ROCHE-POSAY reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel these terms & conditions in whole or in part at any time, even though changes may affect the value of loyalty rewards already accumulated. LA ROCHE-POSAY will attempt to notify members of the Program (“member(s)”) of such changes by posting any changes on LA ROCHE-POSAY’s Hong Kong SAR official website (https://www.laroche-posay.hk/). Members will be bound by any such changes. In case of dispute, the decision of LA ROCHE-POSAY shall be final and conclusive.
  • By participating in the Program, members are deemed to be bound by, and have accepted, these Terms & Conditions.

Membership

  • In order to qualify for LA ROCHE-POSAY membership and enjoy rewards, customers are required to provide name, valid telephone number
  • Membership is valid until December 31st of the current year.
  • Membership, member points, and benefits are not transferable and may only be used by the Member for the purposes described in the Program.

 

Member Benefits

  • During the validity period of their membership, Members can log in to the member website on the first day of their birth month (except for members whose birthdays are in January and February, who can log in on March 1st) to receive their birthday gift. Birthday gifts can be redeemed at participating LRP CLUB Retail Stores and are subject to their terms and conditions.
  • If a customer registers as a new member during their birth month, they can log in to the member website on the same day to receive their birthday gift.
  • Lost gift redemption coupons/vouchers will not be reissued.
  • If a member returns products purchased using a cash voucher, the used voucher will not be reissued.
  • Any benefit redemption may be subject to any additional terms and conditions applicable at the time of redemption.
  • Each voucher can only be redeemed once at the store. Photocopies will not be accepted.
  • Vouchers can be used in selected purchase channels. Product prices and stock availability are subject to the terms at the relevant store when using the cash voucher.
  • All redeemed gifts are for the exclusive use of the LA ROCHE-POSAY member and must be redeemed in person.
  • LA ROCHE-POSAY reserves the right to modify any benefits, including vouchers and their value, without prior notice. In case of any dispute, LA ROCHE-POSAY reserves the right of final decision, which is not subject to appeal.
  • All redeemed gifts and vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
  • Gift images are for reference only. LA ROCHE-POSAY reserves the right to change the gift packaging or replace out-of-stock gifts with products of equivalent value without prior notice to members.
  • All gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

 

General Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Hong Kong SAR laws and the Hong Kong SAR courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with the Program.
  • A Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions is available. In the event of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
